Panama City Affordable Housing

It's no secret the real estate values in the Bay County area have grown tremendously in the past few years. This is great for many, but for some it means they've got to move to afford rent, or rent because they can't afford to buy. Affordable housing has always been an issue because the term "affordable" typically denotes less profit.
